WINTAR is Sommar’s winter alter ego. Still pretty, still by the river, now armed with snow energy and cheese that melts on command.
Think chalet comfort with a nightlife problem.
Nights start gentle. They never stay that way.
We run a deluxe food concept with raclette, fondue and stone grill for anyone who lives for good cheese and serious cuts.
But the winter bar lives on, so you’re just as welcome to drink your way through the night with your whole crew or alone at the bar.
We don’t judge. We only pour.
